A local team. A personal commitment to your home.
Tegg Homes is a property management team based in Pollensa, caring for second homes and private residences across northern Mallorca.
We bring together property management, housekeeping and maintenance expertise, with a personal approach to every home. From everyday upkeep to preparing for your arrival, we work together so you can enjoy Mallorca with confidence.
What We Do
Our team coordinates regular property checks, cleaning, maintenance, pool and garden care, and arrival preparation. We organise the practical details, keep you informed while you are away and arrange specialist help when it is needed.
Each home has its own routine. We agree the service around your property and how you use it.
Robin Tegg is the owner of Tegg Homes. His approach is straightforward: understand each owner’s needs, care for the details and build lasting relationships through reliable service.
That commitment is shared across our team. Together, we coordinate the people and practical work that keep your home cared for throughout the year.
